Based in the heart of Leicestershire J and F Powner started out life when the founders Jonathan and Francine Powner read an article In a popular Farming Magazine regarding on farm composting facilities. From that moment J and F Powner Ltd was born. A few months later the farm Diversification process started, with a local authority contract secured Jonthan and Francine devoted all their time to push the business growth as much as possible. In the earlier years we were processing around 2000 tons per annum. As the years passed business growth has been consistent as we now process around 20,000 tons alongside the original family arable farm that allowed it all to start. Not only do we process Green Waste, we also offer Tipper hire, Soil Conditioner, PAS100 Compost and Bark.
